Adelaide Owls – Make your own Name Badge

February 18, 2010

Make your own Name Badge!

We’ve always said we should have badges so we get to know each others name and now is the time. Maybe you could use embroidery, cross stitch, crochet, knitting, felt, wood or hand applique. Anything goes! If you have already made a name badge that you would like to use then please BYO craft. Image borrowed from philosophia89 If you are totally stuck for ideas send us an email and we’ll try and help. A favourite of ours is a large covered button with embroidery. If you like this idea email us and we’ll send you a list of what to bring.

When: Wednesday Feb 24th 7pm til 9:30pm
Where: Box Factory – Adelaide Community Centre, 59 Regent St South Adelaide
Cost: $2 donation to the Box Factory
Numbers: We have room for 25 Owls – the first 25 to RSVP are IN!

You need to comment ONLY once when you RSVP with your name and initial (eg Cherry G! Kit Please). Please only RSVP for one person on your comment to keep it fair.

As always bring along your crafted creations, ‘zines and books to show off, too! Thanks to the Sydney Owls for the meeting idea!
